Research And Planning: Film Poster Research

I've been looking at horror film posters on Google images to get an idea of the layout. By doing this, it should help me get an initial design for how I want my poster to look, or get a few ideas in my head.

From looking at these posters, a consistent pattern can be seen with the layout and structure of the writing. For example, the tag line/ lead actor or actress is placed at the top of the poster. The image is then clearly seen in the centre of the page with the title boldly underneath. The producers/directors and crew then follow at the bottom of the page.
